Joe has 10 years of experience flying PPG, including 7 years as a USPPA PPG (Foot Launch) Instructor.  Preferring a one-on-one training approach, Joe has worked with more than 100 students in pursuit of fulfilling their dream of personal flight.

Joe trained in California with USPPA co-founder Phil Russman.  Following 3 years of personal flight experience, he received his USPPA Instructor Rating.

Serving in his 7th year with the FAA Safety Team and General Aviation Liaison for the USPPA and the FAA.

Joe is a veteran of the United States Navy, and is retired from decades of service as a Senior Corporate Executive in the Healthcare and Information Technology sectors.
